The midweek woes continue to Nebraska baseball.
The Huskers fell to Kansas 9-4 Tuesday night. That gives the Jayhawks a season sweep of the non-conference, two-game series.
NU is now 25-13 while KU is 22-15.
The Huskers have not won a midweek game since a 3-1 win over North Dakota State on March 20.
The Jayhawks plated four runs in the top of the second on their way to a 7-1 lead through four-and-a-half innings. The early onslaught sent Nebraska to the bullpen, where 10 Huskers saw time on the mound.
Tyler Stone led NU at the plate, going 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored.
Nebraska stays home this weekend to host Iowa.
